Developing Constructive Leaders

Developing Constructive Leaders shows you how to provide leaders with insights into their personal styles, and how these styles combine to shape leadership performance. Building upon your knowledge of the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI), you will transition to experiencing ACUMEN® Leadership WorkStyles™ (LWS), a 360-feedback assessment that enables you to help self-motivated leaders strengthen personal and work styles that promote effective leadership.

Upon completion of Developing Constructive Leaders, you will be able to:

• Describe which personal and work styles are effective and productive and which are not and why
• Provide those with leadership responsibilities with insights into their profiles
• Help leaders develop their capacity to monitor and modify their behavior, and to more skillfully develop and empower others
• Build a business case for using LWS to drive leadership effectiveness
