Management/Impact® Accreditation Workshop

This 1-1/2 day workshop is a core component of the M/I Accreditation program. Successful completion of the M/I Accreditation Program is required in order to purchase and use M/I.

The M/I Accreditation Workshop provides consultants and internal coaches the chance to learn how to facilitate M/I, the newest addition to Human Synergistics’ Integrated Diagnostic System. M/I is designed to help managers, project managers, supervisors, and others who have management responsibilities understand how they approach their work and the impact they have on the behavior and performance of the people around them. Participants who complete the accreditation program will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to successfully administer M/I, interpret the results, and debrief participants.

Prerequisites

Quantifying Organizational Culture and Personal Styles or the former Foundation Workshop serves as the prerequisite for the M/I Accreditation Workshop.

* Please note that Human Synergistics accredits individual consultants and trainers, rather than client organizations and consulting firms, in the use of Management/Impact. Thus, the individual (rather than their organization) retains the accreditation and the right to purchase and debrief M/I in the event that he or she moves on to another employer or into private practice. Additionally, all trainers and consultants within an organization who will be debriefing M/I must be accredited directly by Human Synergistics; accredited consultants are not certified to train others in the use of the assessment or to purchase M/I on behalf of others who have not successfully completed Human Synergistics’ M/I program.
