Quantifying Organizational Culture and Personal Styles

Quantifying Organizational Culture and Personal Styles introduces you to organizational culture, the Integrated Diagnostic System, and the 12 styles of the HSI Circumplex, the driving forces behind quantifying behaviors and developing organizations. You will experience the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI), one of the original and now globally-used 360-feedback assessments. This assessment serves as your foundation for understanding the Circumplex styles and the Integrated Diagnostic System. The Circumplex will provide you with a highly-visual, consistent framework for providing feedback at all levels—individuals, managers, leaders, teams, and organizations. With the LSI, you’ll learn to interpret and debrief feedback on personal styles and explain how they help or hinder individual performance.

Upon completion of Quantifying Organizational Culture and Personal Styles, you will:

  • Have an in-depth understanding of HSI's models and processes, including the Circumplex, the Integrated Diagnostic System, and the “How Culture Works” model as featured in leading journals and books
  • Be well-versed in the 12 thinking and behavioral styles on the HSI Circumplex and recognize the benefits of the Constructive styles and cultural norms
  • Know how to build an effective business case for using HSI diagnostic tools to drive organizational effectiveness

Offered on day one, Quantifying Organizational Culture and Personal Styles is a prerequisite for all other HSI workshops and must be completed prior to other workshops if you have not attended a Foundation Workshop prior to 2011.
