The Impact of Leaders on Culture helps you understand the relationship between Leadership Strategies, Leadership Impact, and Leadership Effectiveness, as well as how Impact relates to organizational culture. You will learn how to use Leadership/Impact® (L/I) to provide leaders with targeted feedback on their impact on the behavior and performance of others, as well as its implications for his/her effectiveness and that of the organization as a whole.
