Survival Situation™ and Organizational Culture Inventory® (the
world’s most widely used culture survey), our impact transcends that

response options, design, content, and norming. Prototype surveys spend ample
time in the beta-testing stage, in order to collect data from large populations

depending on the application. This enables individuals and organizations to
compare their survey results to a research database, in order to get a
realistic picture of where they stand.
